a decision that will change her life forever - Wilder (The Guardian Series #1) by G.K. DeRosa

"With twist and turns, and a new take on vampires, along with likable characters you root for from the very beginning, I found myself drawn into this world so immensely, that I read the entire thing in one day. I highly recommend this book from the up and coming writer G.K. DeRosa, and I can’t wait to see what happens next. " - Goodreads, T.L.

GUEST POST
Top 10 Book Boyfriends

What an awesome question! Who hasn’t dreamt about the many swoon-worthy boyfriends found in popular YA novels?! I know I have fallen in love with quite a few. I’m hoping after reading Wilder, you’ll have a few more to add to your list J

Damon Salvatore from The Vampire Diaries – He’s my number 1 without a doubt and it just may have a little to do with Ian Somerhalder who plays him on the TV series. Who can resist the bad boy turned good for the right girl?

Dimitri from Vampire Academy – Russian, hot and super fighting skills? Yes please! The steamy sexual tension between Rose and Dimitri left me turning pages at all hours of the night.

Adrian from Bloodlines – I must admit Adrian grew on me in Vampire Academy but I was always Team Dimitri, so when he had his chance with Sidney in Bloodlines, I was all about Team Adrian.

Jace from The Mortal Instruments – What could possibly be worse than falling in love with your own brother? Talk about star-crossed lovers! And still I felt so guilty for shipping Jace and Clary the whole series through, knowing there had to be a way they would end up together.

Jamie Fraser from Outlander – this is probably one of the only non-YA series I’ve read in awhile and man is it steamy! I mean way more than rated R so let me just warn you. But there is just something so incredibly sexy about a hot Scottish warrior in a kilt that loves his woman above all else.

Peeta Mellark from The Hunger Games – I was always Team Peeta and I don’t regret it one bit, even when they cast super hot Liam Hemsworth to play Gale. He was always there for Katniss even when the Capitol poisoned him against her. What a sweetie!

Four from Divergent – another mysterious bad boy that takes your breath away and a kick-butt fighter. I cried right along side of Four at the end of the series.

Eric Northman from The Sookie Stackhouse Series – ok again I might be a little biased by the TV version played by super hot Swede Alexander Skarsgard. I will admit I saw the show before reading the book so I couldn’t help but picture the dark bad boy from the HBO hit.

Gus from The Fault in our Stars – I just can’t even… thinking about this book makes me want to cry. What a heart-breaking tale of young love and fighting against all odds. Gus was such a sweetheart and the perfect boyfriend – **spoiler alert** why did he have to die?!

Raf from Angel Fall – one of my newest additions to this list, a hot angel and a forbidden love with a human? He had me right from the start with his cocky attitude but hidden inner charm.

About the author:
G.K. De Rosa has been an avid reader from a very young age. At the precocious age of two, while living in Italy, she had memorized an entire children’s book in Italian and expertly turned the pages at the exact right moments of the story. As she grew up, she always enjoyed literature, no doubt having been instilled with a love of story telling from her early years in Catholic school where she was greatly influenced by exemplary teachers who taught her the value of English and Literature. Though she did not pursue writing in college and instead went for the more traditional route of International Business inspired by her love for travel and all things foreign, after a move to New York City, she found her creative writing side calling once again. She began writing a restaurant review blog, City Lights and Tasty Bites, detailing her other passion – food! The hectic hustle and bustle of the city, combined with long commuting times gave her the opportunity to spend more time reading and rekindled a lost love. After reading countless books in many diverse genres over the two years in New York City, and returning to her home state of Florida, she felt compelled to write something for herself. She had always felt particularly drawn to Young Adult novels and having been an eternal romantic at heart, a fantasy romance was a natural choice. She currently lives in South Florida with her real life Prince Charming and their fur baby, Nico the German shepherd.
